Feedback & Complaints

We put a particular emphasis on the prohibition and prevention of any violations of the personal integrity of our staff and consultants, as well as all the persons they interact with during the course of their work. Harassment, exploitation and abuse, including of a sexual nature, and discrimination based on gender, origin, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability etc., will not be accepted, nor will they be ignored.

Feedback or complaints can be made in person, by telephone, letter or email marked “Confidential” to the Director of Operations:

We also work with an external whistleblowing agency that can be contacted should the individual in question feel uncomfortable taking your complaint directly to Justice Rapid Response.
