Feedback & Complaints

Justice Rapid Response strives to conduct its operations with honesty and integrity in line with its Code of Conduct. In order to fulfill that commitment, we are open to receiving feedback and information on concerns or situations that are falling short of what could be expected from Justice Rapid Response.

 

We put a particular emphasis on the prohibition and prevention of any violations of the personal integrity of our staff and consultants, as well as all the persons they interact with during the course of their work. Harassment, exploitation and abuse, including of a sexual nature, and discrimination based on gender, origin, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability etc., will not be accepted, nor will they be ignored.

Feedback or complaints can be made in person, by telephone, letter or email marked “Confidential” to the Director of Operations:

We also work with an external whistleblowing agency that can be contacted should the individual in question feel uncomfortable taking your complaint directly to Justice Rapid Response. Justice Rapid Response adheres to the Inter-agency Misconduct Disclosure Scheme, designed to establish a minimum standard for international organizations to share sexual misconduct data, and aimed at facilitating the commitment of international organizations to strengthen their efforts to prevent Sexual Exploitation Abuse and Harassment
